Welcome to Blue Guitars ‘s website. Our shop is located in Toyama, Japan. We usually stock over 500 guitars and bass guitars, mainly selected Japanese gear or used/vintage gear.
We are glad to take orders from overseas, all over the world. You can check our gears we stock from “stock list” down below.
HOW TO ORDER
It’s easy to order. Please select your country of residence. The displayed price will be automatically converted to USD.
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal only.
PayPal is a convenient [digital wallet] on the Internet. Once you have registered the credit card information to PayPal, settlement completion only in the ID and password. You don’t need any important card information, and more safely can pay. Establishment of the PayPal account is simple as you enter the necessary information to select the PayPal in the settlement method.

SHIPPING
We use FedEx, the most cost-effective and secure shipping method. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. All items are shipped with tracking and insurance. All import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s regulations. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
RETURN POLICY
All items are inspected and adjustment just before to shipping. If you believe you have received a product that was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
If you are not satisfied with the item, you must notify us within 24 hours by email. The instrument must be returned in the case in which it was shipped, insured for its full value, within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund – without shipping fee – after we inspect the instrument and confirm it to be in the same condition as when we shipped it.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the item has been the different condition as when we shipped it.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
